What it is
Words2Worlds is the FRS method for AI-era worldbuilding: a written idea carried, tool by tool, into a world you can stand inside. The scaffold is a living prompt library — a global seed vision, a brand adjective trinity, a hero experience, supporting touchpoints, an atmospheric environment, an innovation wild card, and a three-act experiential arc — filled in by the room and then carried down the pipeline so that every later prompt inherits everything decided before it. That is the actual skill: not writing one clever prompt, but building context that compounds.
The day runs as theatre, in acts — the Briefing, the Seed Vision, the Salad Bowl — with the room's own words flowing live through the chain while everyone watches. Text becomes concept art, concept art becomes motion, motion becomes 3D, and 3D becomes a standing environment. Seventeen faculty from A&D, B&T, LAS and Academic Affairs each authored a retail world this way over winter break, every contribution folding into one Master Synthesis in the workshop app, which is still live.

Dates
Seat counts are the size of the room, not a live count of who has signed up — if a session has filled, it says so below. Dates are set by the lab and can move.
