Technical Design student Brent Morales, mentored by Deborah Beard, wanted made-to-measure to be client-facing: an iOS app where a client's face and body measurements become a personalized avatar wearing bespoke garments developed in Browzwear VStitcher.

The pipeline was proved on a stand-in subject ('Keven') before any real client run — guided ARKit face capture through avatar generation, each step validated before the next was trusted.
The Craft
Avaturn generates the face from photographs; a texture bake with automatic tone, hair and eye matching ports it onto Browzwear's standard 'Oliver' avatar, and an FBX/glTF asset pipeline moves the result between tools.
Outcome
Validating the bake on a stand-in first de-risked the real client run — the pipeline from photographs and measurements to avatar is proven. The open piece is the last mile: a finished garment actually draped on the client's own avatar.
